The Semi-Annual New York State Board Meeting mandated by Article II, Section 3 of the N.Y.S. A.O.H. By-Laws will convene as follows:

Place:   Hampton Inn & Suites, 1120 South Ave. (at Lois Ln.),

Staten Island. NY 10314

Good of the Order

New York State President, Charles “Chip” McLean’s Testimonial Dinner is being held in conjunction with this meeting and is scheduled for the evening of Nov. 20th at LiGreci’s Staaten, 697 Forest Ave. Transportation will be provided from the hotel. In addition, The Burns-Hayes Award will be presented to Past NYS President, Matt Nelligan at the Dinner. Accommodations are available at the Hampton Inn (718) 477-1626. Please refer to the Hibernians and use code AOH when making reservations.

Officers will need 75 copies of their reports. All officers must file a report in order to be reimbursed

for expenses. If you will not be in attendance you must mail your report to me by Nov.8th, I will copy it.
